This guarantee
is limited to products only of Spike Systems, which has been
installed and operated in accordance with the instructions
of Spike Systems. The obligations of Spike Systems under warranty
is limited to the replacement or repair of a malfunctioning
product by Spike Systems. Spike Systems assumes no liability
for consequential or contingent damages of any kind arising
from product failure due to poor maintenance, misuse or abuse.
Spike Systems warrants that its products will be free from
defects in workmanship and materials when installed, used
and serviced as intended, from a period of either 6 (Six)
Months or 1 (One) year from the date of the original invoice.
Please see your product warranty information. Spike Systems
will in no event be liable for any loss of business, profits,
data or use, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages resulting from any such defect in materials or workmanship.
